Bar 10 Beef is All Natural, Grass-Fed Beef. It is dry-aged on average 21 days, resulting in a healthy, delicious, gourmet product that is USDA inspected. This is beef that you would only find at a gourmet restaurant or custom butcher shop; it is not available at your local grocery store. Our cattle are never given additional antibiotics or growth- promoting hormones and are raised in a humane and safe environment.

Our ranch encompasses over 250,000 acres and spans from the desert plateaus of Northern Arizona to the high mountain pastures of Southern Utah. We raise over 1000 head of cattle and select only the “cream of the crop” for our beef program. You can rest assured that you are getting a high quality premium product.

Broken Spoke Yaks is a family operation in the high mountain valley of Star Valley, Wyoming. We have pristine air and water. Our yaks are naturally pasture raised on organic fields. We raise our own hay from these fields also. No pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals of any kind have been used since.

We bought our farm in 1986. Our animals are not fed any grain. They are 100% grass fed. We do not vaccinate or use antibiotics. We rotate pastures for parasite control. Our meat is processed at a USDA facility and has been certified e-coli negative. The meat has been dry aged for 10 days then flash frozen in cryovac packaging. This ensures the most nutritious, flavorful and tender meat.

Hardscrabble Grass Fed produces beef the way nature intended, grown and finished on GRASS ONLY, no antibiotics or hormones, for superior lean, wholesome and delicious meat.

These are top quality Black Angus steers, and have only had irrigated pasture grass and clover for the last 5 months. They have not been fed the traditional feedlot grain diets that produce rapid growth with added fat. These steers grade as USDA Choice on grass alone. Some ranchers describe this type of beef as free range or natural beef and charge a significant premium. It’s a great feeling to sit down at the dinner table and know you’re feeding your family the best quality beef available.

A whole beef should weigh approximately 600-660 pounds. You can get a quarter, half, or whole beef. 2012 cost will be $3.35 per pound hanging weight. The price includes everything (butchering, cutting and wrapping). The cutting will be done to your specifications. Taking orders for 2012 now, beef will be ready in early October, pick up location in Brigham City.

For over 10 years Redmond Heritage Farms has been specializing in producing Certified Raw Milk and farmstead raw milk cheeses from pastured cows. Running Water Farms is a small, family owned farm near Evanston, Wyoming (right down in the Southwest corner of the state, very near the Utah border). We raise grassfed beef, pastured pork, pastured poultry and free range eggs using methods that allow our animals to express their natures. Our cows graze, our pigs root and our chickens scratch.

Only natural ingredients are used in all our feeds and only foods the animal would recognize. When we say grassfed, we mean grassfed. We use no hormones, growth stimulants, antibiotics and no soy. We also use low stress handling methods to ensure our animals are kept comfortable as well as healthy.

Tami's Grassfed Beef is raised on Montana native pastures without the use of grain, hormones, unnecessary antibiotics or feedlots. Our cattle are supplemented in winter months with high quality alfalfa/grass hay. Our beef are state inspected and can be purchased in quantities ranging from a whole beef to an individual package.
