Cameron Ranch is located in central Wyoming where we raise cattle, sheep and hay. We are a small operation (owner operated, 200 mother cows, 50 ewes) and strive to raise our livestock as healthy as possible. Summers are spent on mountain pastures, and winter on the base ranch, where hay is supplemented when necessary. Our animals are confined as little as possible and are corralled only for routine maintenance and shipping. Our desire is to establish a closer contact with consumers, and offer a product which is superior to what is offered in conventional markets.

Beef and lamb are offered as whole carcasses, halves or quarters and processed under state inspection. Meat may be purchased at the ranch or on our website. Ranch stays are also available for those seeking first hand ranch experiences.

Meadow Maid Foods, LLC grass-fed beef is produced for the heart, from the heart.

Our beeves are raised from birth to processing on a single ranch is southeastern Wyoming, with respect for the cattle, and in harmony with nature. Cattle graze on native and irrigated pastures year-round, without feed supplements. (Rarely, we supplement with hay during a severe winter storm.) Many people are surprised to learn that cattle can graze year-round in Wyoming, until we point out that the deer and antelope have done so for millennia.

Pastures and animals are free from pesticides, herbicides, added growth hormones, and antibiotic applications. Stress is minimized by calving in sync with nature, and animal-handling facilities are based on a low-stress Temple Grandin design. Beef is processed at an owner-operated, custom, USDA-inspected facility, aged for tenderness, and vacuum-packaged to maintain quality.

Quality grass-fed beef is available year-round, directly from Meadow Maid Foods, and at the Food Co-op, 205 E Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.  We hope to offer mail-order beef by Summer 2004.

Prairie Monarch Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch located in southeast Wyoming. We specialize in grass-fed and grass-finished buffalo. Our goal is to produce the highest quality and healthiest meat possible in a sustainable way that is friendly to the land, the buffalo, and the ecosystem.

The buffalo are finished on mountain grass pastures free of commercial fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. The buffalo are fed some grass hay in winter, but are fed no grain and are never in a feedlot. The buffalo receive no medications, no growth hormones, no growth stimulants, and no antibiotics.

Meat processing is done at a family owned and operated facility in Wheatland, WY and is done under Wyoming State Inspection. Meat is dry aged 10–14 days. Cutting and packaging is done according to customer specifications and the meat is delivered frozen.

All meat is sold directly to our customers through farmers located in Wyoming and Colorado, or in direct sales from the ranch. We sell meat by the individual cut or in bulk by the quarter, side, or whole animal. We can arrange delivery of orders within 150 miles of Laramie, WY.

Twin Creek Ranch Beef — Grown to enhance the health of the people who enjoy it and the land that creates it.

At Twin Creek Ranch, we thoughtfully manage our cattle to restore riparian habitat—making a home for beaver, migrating song birds, and moose. On the uplands, antelope, elk, and sage grouse are are flourishing because we carefully plan when and how long our cattle utilize the forage. By growing our cattle at nature's pace, we produce not only great tasting beef, but also contribute to restoring wildness to Wyoming's sagebrush steppe.

We have a vision of thriving family ranches: The soil and water are cared for and the needs of the animals—clean water, fresh air, the chance to grow up naturally—are a priority. Complimenting these ranches are flourishing communities of people who want the best possible food. In the spirit of our vision, we want to give you the opportunity to enjoy all the cuts of beef, slowly dry aged and locally hand cut with care.

Twin Creek Ranch Beyond Organic Beef is only sold directly to people in Wyoming. Luckily we have a wonderful lodge for you to stay on at the ranch so that you may experience this extraordinary place and the beef it creates. To start your plans, visit us at our website.

Williams Grassfed LLC is located in north-central Wyoming in the foothills of the beautiful Big Horn Mountains. The land has been in the family since 1890, and we are the fifth generation to be entrusted with the responsibility of being stewards of the land. The sixth generation, Marilee Juliet, came into this world on April 12th, 2006, and our goal is to provide her the opportunity to become a responsible steward of the land as well.

We use Holistic Resource Management practices to manage the land and create a self-sustaining ranch that supports not only cattle, but an abundance of big game animals, small animals, waterfowl, fish, and songbirds. We use nature as a guide in all of our management decisions, which is why we calve in sync with nature and use no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides on the land. We keep our cattle happy with fresh pasture, pure water, clean air, and we treat the animals in a very humane and dignified manner. Our philosophy is Healthy Land -> Healthy Animals -> Healthy People.

We sell grass-fed beef in wholes, halves, quarters, and custom orders. All of our beef has been raised here on the ranch so we are certain that it contains no antibiotics, steroids, hormones, or animal by-products. We strongly believe in our product which is why we go to great lengths to provide a USDA-inspected product for our customers, which we can ship anywhere in the United States. We process once a year, in June, so get your orders in early to insure availability.

You can also find our products at the following grocery stores: Alpenglow, Casper WY; and The Health Nut, Sheridan WY.
