Stubbs Farm is a family farm in Leander, Texas, raising true pasture-raised chicken. We raise our birds the way we want to feed our own family: outdoors, on fresh pasture every day, where they get grass, bugs, and open air. They are fed a certified organic, corn-free and soy-free feed from a Texas organic mill. No antibiotics, no hormones.
Our approach is regenerative. Moving the birds to fresh ground daily lets the pasture rest and recover, and their manure feeds the soil instead of piling up in one place. Healthy pasture, healthy birds, and better chicken for your table.
We process our birds on the farm and sell them fresh on processing days, then frozen while inventory lasts. We sell whole chickens and cuts by the pack, including breasts, thighs, drumsticks, tenders, wings, quarters, backs and bones, feet, livers, and hearts. We also sell pasture-raised eggs when our hens are laying.
Chicken is sold by pre-order for processing weekends, with remaining inventory sold frozen after pickup day. Farm pickup is in Leander, and local delivery can be arranged for a fee. Our farm stand hours are Fridays from 10 AM to 1 PM, and any other time is by appointment only.
